（建议）嘉缘人才网应该完善下robot.txt文件。为了SEO，尽可能屏蔽一些不利于收录的东西，希望官方能予以重视

汗……这个你在google管理员工具里heml页面看那些不需要直接屏蔽，我把所有搜索的都屏蔽了，搜索没有必要且url不友善，给你看看我的robots文件
User-agent: *
Disallow: /guestbook/
Disallow: /help/
Disallow: /js/
Disallow: /more/newhire.php?
Disallow: /more/newresume.php?
Disallow: /more/commondresume.php?
Disallow: /more/commondhire.php?
Disallow: /more/commondhire.php?
Disallow: /search/news_search.php?
Disallow: /course_searchresult.php?
Disallow: /hire_searchresult.php?
Disallow: /resume_searchresult.php?

当然你也可以添加屏蔽管理员页面等，不必要页面
